Windham Health has project management experience ranging from enterprise-wide or many-provider healthcare networks all the way down to single entity or individual company healthcare entities.  At all of our client engagements we dedicate significant resources to developing a solid project management infrastructure to ensure success.  Windham Health partners with our clients to develop and deliver detailed project and program management offices to ensure that deliverables are achieved, costs are contained and schedules are consistently met.

Engagements begin with a project launch that includes key client sponsors to establish a mutual understanding of the project timeline and objectives, to establish the roles and responsibilities of all project team members, and to finalize the project schedule and work plan.  Our project approach recognizes the critical importance of involving all of our clients' business "touchpoints" that may be affected by the engagement.
