| University Medical Center of Southern Nevada Selects Windham Health as HIPAA Consulting Partner

| Windham Health to Provide Assessment, Gap Analysis, and Remediation Planning Services

| Redwood City, CA, April 22, 2002 Windham Health, a leading healthcare consulting and software company, announces that University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC), Las Vegas, has selected Windham Health to lead their HIPAA Assessment, Gap Analysis and Remediation Planning initiatives. Windham Health will work closely with UMC staff in the
576-bed hospital and 17 Quick Care/Primary Care clinics to fully assess UMC's HIPAA readiness and to define strategies and plans for full compliance with HIPAA regulations.

| UMC chose Windham after careful evaluation of several healthcare consultancies.
