| Windham Health investing in the Virtual Health Management market

| Redwood City, CA, January 4, 2002 Windham Health, a leading healthcare software and services company, is happy to announce it has purchased the institutional assets from HealthCentral. This includes the Consumer Health Toolkit in use on the websites of several large healthcare institutions.

| Windham Health plans to make a substantial investment in the product, updating and expanding the content libraries and software tools. Over the next few months, they will be moving the product towards the next generation of eHealth, referred to as "Virtual Health Management". This involves helping healthcare organizations extend their marketing and clinical reach by creating, defining and maintaining relationships with patients/customers. |
| "Over the next several months we will be investing in the product to address industry customer/patient relationship management (CRM) and marketing requirements. This includes employer health toolkits, 'push' technologies to attract profitable business and offload costs, and 'on-line concierge' services for patients and their family and care-givers" said Gary Prioste, CEO of Windham Health, "The goal of our CRM tools will be to help our customers build better relationships with patients, consumers, care-givers, employers and practitioners."

| Over the longer term, Windham Health expects to lead the transition towards Virtual Health Management. This includes using technology to provide better information and automated services in areas such as population health, disease prevention, disease management and demand management.
